- Support after enrollment
Medicare Should Not Feel Like a Guessing Game
When you are approaching Medicare, it is easy to feel overwhelmed by mail, ads, plan names, deadlines, coverage choices, and conflicting advice.
Many people are not sure:
- When they should start Medicare
- Whether they can delay Part B
- How employer or spouse coverage affects the decision
- Whether their doctors and prescriptions will fit
- Which Medicare path makes sense
- What happens after enrollment
- Who to call when questions come up later
- Whether they are making the right decision
That is why SIG does not start with plans.
The SIG Medicare Confidence & Support System
The SIG Medicare Confidence & Support System is our step-by-step process to help you get ready, choose confidently, enroll smoothly, and stay supported after enrollment.
It is designed to help you move from confusion to clarity without feeling rushed, pressured, or left on your own.
Request My Medicare Confidence ReviewHow the Process Works
A clear, step-by-step path — from your first review to year-round support after enrollment.
-
1
Medicare Countdown & Readiness System
This step helps you understand where you stand with Medicare before decisions feel rushed.
We review your Medicare timing, current coverage, Social Security status, whether you are still working or retiring, and whether employer or spouse coverage may affect your next step.
The goal is to help you know what may need to happen, when it may need to happen, and what questions should be clarified before you move forward. Medicare timing can be confusing, but you should not have to guess your way through it.
-
2
Whole-Life Medicare Fit Profile
We take time to understand the personal details that may affect your Medicare decision.
This may include your doctors, specialists, prescriptions, preferred pharmacy, hospitals, travel habits, budget comfort, and coverage priorities.
This step helps us look at Medicare through the lens of your actual life, not just your ZIP code. The goal is to understand what matters most to you before narrowing down the options that may fit.
-
3
Strategy-Before-Plan Decision Filter
We help you understand which Medicare path may fit before comparing specific plan choices.
Many people jump straight into comparing plans and quickly feel overwhelmed. At SIG, we believe the better first step is understanding which Medicare path may fit your situation before looking closely at specific plan choices.
This step helps you compare the major strategy differences between options like Medicare Supplement with Part D and Medicare Advantage. We help explain the trade-offs, what may need to be verified, and why certain options may or may not line up with your priorities.
-
4
Umbrella Protection Review
We review optional protection packages that may help complete your overall protection picture.
Medicare is an important foundation, but it may not address every financial exposure that can come with illness, hospitalization, recovery, dental, vision, hearing, or major health events. That is why SIG reviews optional protection packages as part of the overall conversation.
These options are separate from Medicare and are not required. You can accept them, decline them, or choose to review them later. Our role is to explain where potential gaps may exist so you can make a more informed decision about your overall protection picture.
-
5
Smooth-Start Enrollment Support
If you choose to move forward, we help guide the enrollment process and explain what happens next.
This may include reviewing effective dates, application information, plan cards, confirmation steps, and important follow-up items.
The goal is to make enrollment feel organized instead of uncertain. We want you to know what has been completed, what still needs attention, and what to expect after the application is submitted.
-
6
Client Success Handoff
Your file is transitioned into the SIG Client Success process after enrollment.
This helps make sure your support does not stop after the application is completed.
You will be assigned a dedicated Client Success Manager who serves as your single point of contact for everyday post-enrollment service questions. Your advisor relationship does not go away. Client Success and your advisor work together so you know who to call and how to get help when questions come up.
-
7
First 100 Days Medicare Setup
We help you feel more organized as your coverage begins.
The first few months after enrollment can bring new cards, letters, benefit information, billing notices, and questions about how to use coverage.
We help you understand which cards to use, what letters may matter, how benefit activation may work, and what to do if something feels confusing. The goal is simple: help you settle into Medicare with more confidence and less uncertainty.
-
8Year-Round Support
SIG Total Care Safety Net
This is the ongoing support layer of the SIG Medicare Confidence & Support System.
After setup, you continue to have support for Medicare questions, confusing letters, billing concerns, pharmacy issues, plan notices, coverage changes, and annual review questions.
As part of SIG Total Care, your dedicated Client Success Manager will reach out approximately once per quarter to check in and see how things are going. You also have annual Medicare review support, so you are not left trying to figure out changes on your own year after year.
Optional
Family Peace of Mind Summary
With your permission, we can help keep a spouse, adult child, caregiver, or trusted contact informed.
Family Peace of Mind Summary
With your permission, we can help keep a spouse, adult child, caregiver, or trusted contact informed.
Some clients want a spouse, adult child, caregiver, or trusted contact to understand where things stand. When appropriate and with the client’s permission, we can provide a simple Family Peace of Mind Summary.
This helps the people closest to you understand what was reviewed, what step you are in, who to contact, and how they may participate in future conversations if you want them involved. Medicare can feel easier when the right people are informed and the process is clear.
Most Medicare Help Stops at Enrollment. SIG Keeps Going.
Many Medicare conversations focus only on choosing a plan. SIG’s process goes further — helping clients before, during, and after enrollment.

You Will Know Who to Call After Enrollment
After enrollment, SIG clients are supported by our Client Success process.
You are assigned a dedicated Client Success Manager who serves as your single point of contact for post-enrollment service questions.
Client Success is usually your best first call for:
- Cards and letters
- Billing questions
- Benefit questions
- Pharmacy questions
- Confusing Medicare or carrier mail
- Plan change notices
- Life or health changes
- Questions about what to do next
If something requires advisor review, your Client Success Manager can bring your SIG advisor back into the conversation.
As part of SIG Total Care, your Client Success Manager will reach out approximately once per quarter to check in, answer questions, and see how things are going.
You Will See Your Progress Along the Way
As you move through the SIG process, you may receive simple client-facing summaries that show what was reviewed, what was completed, and what happens next.
These summaries help make the process clear and organized so you always know where you stand.
The SIG No-Lock-In Promise
At Sileo Insurance Group, we believe trust should be earned, not trapped.
If you ever decide SIG is not the right fit and choose to work with another advisor, we will not make you start from scratch.
With your written permission, we can organize the relevant Medicare review information we have on file and provide it to you or your new advisor through a secure transfer process.
Why Review Openings Are Limited
The SIG Medicare Confidence & Support System is not a call-center process.
Because our process includes personal review, enrollment support, Client Success handoff, quarterly check-ins, and annual review support, we limit the number of new clients each advisor can properly onboard.
This helps us protect the quality of service our clients expect.
